What if I forget my username?
You can recover your username using the ""Forgot username or password?"" tool located on the Sign In screen.
To recover your username enter your phone number or email address, then you'll be asked to verify your Social Security number. If the information matches our records, a recovery code will be sent to you. Once the recovery code has been entered when prompted, you will be shown your username.
If you have multiple accounts and aren't sure which username to recover, we'll display a list of matching usernames (partially masked for security) after you enter your phone or email and SSN. If you still can't identify the correct account, click "Email me more information about my accounts" at the bottom of the screen and we'll email you a list of your usernames.
