What amount should I enter for the Nebraska Relocation Incentive Act Employee Recapture?

If you previously excluded Nebraska source wages under the Act but did not maintain your residence in Nebraska for two full calendar years, you should enter the amount of the exclusion. That exclusion amount becomes taxable immediately after the loss of residency.
