Qualified contributions for the Nebraska Pregnancy Help Act Credit include cash contributions to pregnancy help organizations in Nebraska that have been approved by the Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR) as an eligible charitable organization (PHO) under the Nebraska Pregnancy Help Act.
