What if I was covered and allowed a monthly credit amount but didn't pay my share of the premiums?

The amount of the enrollment premiums for the month you use to compute your monthly credit amount must be reduced by any portion of the premium that is unpaid as of the unextended due date for filing your income tax return for the tax year that includes the month.
