Why is my child not eligible for a Trump Investment Account?
Children have to be under 18 at the end of this year and have a valid Social Security number to be eligible for a Trump Investment Account. We listed the dependents you entered that might qualify.
You can only sign up a child for an account on your original (not amended) return. If you have a child who isn't included on your 2025 tax return, but otherwise qualifies and you want to set up a Trump Investment Account for them, you'll need to sign up online at trumpaccounts.gov instead of with your tax return. This option will be available summer 2026.
