To enter your
consolidated 1099 manually you'll need to enter each type of 1099 income that has a non-zero amount separately.
You can manually enter the following
Form 1099s on the Your Investment and Savings Accounts screen:
- Form 1099-INT
- Form 1099-DIV
- Form 1099-B
- Form 1099-DA
For example, if you have 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, and 1099-B on your consolidated 1099 you'd add an investment for each of those forms separately, one after another.
To add a 1099-DIV you'd follow these steps:
- Click Add Investment
- Choose Dividends (1099-DIV)
- Enter the name of your Financial Institution
- Choose Enter it manually
- Enter the information from the 1099-DIV Dividends section of your consolidated 1099
You would then follow the same steps above to enter your 1099-INT and 1099-B, but you would choose Interest (1099-INT) or Stock Sales (1099-B) for step 2.
