What are Utah's other nonrefundable credits?

Utah has a number of credits that only apply to very rare scenarios, and that require prior approval from specific departments of the State of Utah. If you have been approved to use one of these credits, the approving state agency should have provided you with documentation about the amount of your credit and the code that you need to use on the tax return.
