How do I link my 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC to a farm rental (Form 4835)?
Menu Path: Income > Business / Rental Income > Farm Rental Income (Form 4835)
You can link your 1099 to a farm rental (Form 4835) on the Link 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC screen of your farm rental.
On that screen you'll see a list of unlinked 1099 forms. Check the box to link the 1099 to the farm rental.
If you need to enter a 1099 for your farm rental, answer Yes to the question on the Link 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC screen that asks if you received a 1099 for your farm rental.
