How can I cancel my direct debit payment to Utah?

You can cancel the payment any time up to 2 days prior to the Debit Date. To cancel, call the Taxpayer helpline at 801-297-2200 (if calling from the SLC metro area) or 800-662-4335 (from anywhere else). You will need to provide proof of your identity.

You may also be able to contact the Utah State Tax Commission by email at taxmaster@utah.gov to cancel your direct debit payment.
