What if I make an IRA contribution in 2026?

Include any IRA or Roth IRA contributions that you have made or will make on or before April 15, 2026 that you designated as IRA contributions for your 2025 tax return.

Contributions postmarked on or before April 15th are considered to be made by the deadline.
