Who is a qualifying person for the Child and Family Tax Credit?
In Massachusetts, you may claim a credit for:
- A dependent member of household under age 13
- A dependent who is over age 65
- A dependent who is disabled
- A spouse who is physically or mentally incapable of taking care of themself
