A management fee may include any fees incurred for someone else to partially or fully run the rental business.
Homeowners Association (HOA) fees may include other fees like cleaning or maintenance. Those can be included here if they do not include expenses already claimed elsewhere and only if they are a monthly or quarterly fee.
Do NOT include HOA fees if it's a special assessment for capital improvements. Those must be added to the
basis of the property and depreciated over time.
