Who qualifies for the Arizona Property Tax Credit?
To claim the Arizona Property Tax Credit all the following must apply:
- You were a resident of Arizona for all of 2025.
- You (or your spouse) were either 65 or older or received Title 16 Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments during 2025.
- Your total household income was less than $3,751 if you lived alone or $5,501 if you lived with someone else.
- You paid property taxes or rent on your main home in Arizona in 2025.
