Who can claim the Pennsylvania Child and Dependent Care Enhancement Tax Credit?

The Pennsylvania Child and Dependent Care Enhancement Tax Credit can be claimed by any Pennsylvania full-time or part-time resident who is claiming the federal Child and Dependent Care Credit.

Nonresident Pennsylvania taxpayers or anyone who isn't able to claim the federal credit can't claim the Pennsylvania credit.
