Where do I enter my self-employed health insurance deduction?

If you are self-employed, your health insurance premiums will be entered as you enter your business income and expenses. Your business must have a net profit to deduct health insurance.

If you have a Partnership Schedule K-1, you need to have self-employment income shown on the K-1 in order to deduct self-employed health insurance. If you have an S corporation K-1, you need to be a more-than-2% shareholder and receive wages from the S corporation in order to deduct self-employed health insurance.
