What if I made monthly donations to the same organization?
If you made more than 10 re-occurring monthly donations (or used paycheck deductions) for contributions to the same Arizona qualified organization, you may add the contributions together with one common date within the same year of the contributions.
Example:
Robert makes a monthly donation of $50 to a qualifying organization. He already claimed his January 2025 to April 2025 donations on his 2024 Arizona return. Robert would enter the following amounts depending on which year the donations were made:

- $400 of donations (8 months X $50 = $400 for May 2025 through December 2025) with a date of 12/31/2025
- $200 of donations (4 months X $50 = $200 for January 2026 through April 2026) with a date of 04/15/2025
