How will my information be shared by the Illinois Department of Revenue?

If you consent to having your information shared, the Illinois Department of Revenue will share your contact and income information with the Department of Insurance (DOI) in order to provide you information about your eligibility for health insurance benefits and your health insurance enrollment options.

Information shared with other state agencies will be kept confidential and used only in determining your eligibility for health insurance benefits.
