What is the West Virginia Jumpstart Savings Program Credit?

The Jumpstart Savings Program Credit is a nonrefundable credit for matching contributions made to a Jumpstart Savings Account for employees of the taxpayer who are West Virginia residents. The credit is limited to $5000 per employee per taxable year.
