What if I forget my password?
On the Sign In screen, click "Forgot username or password?"
To reset your password, enter your email address, or phone number, then you'll be asked to verify your Social Security number. If the information matches our records, a recovery code will be sent to you. Once the recovery code has been entered when prompted, you'll be able to create a new password.
