I'm having trouble printing my tax return.
If you have a recent version of Adobe Reader, try saving the file to your hard drive and then opening it in Adobe Reader after your browser is closed. Instead of left-clicking your mouse to download the tax return to your browser, right-click your mouse and select "save link as" or "save target as" (Internet Explorer) from the pop-up menu. This will allow you to save the tax return to your computer.
If you have a dial-up connection, you may try disabling the accelerator on your dial-up connection.
Another possible reason is if your browser security settings are set too high. In Internet Explorer 4.0 or 5.0, the security must be set to medium or lower. To change settings in Internet Explorer 4.x, choose Internet Options on the View menu. Click the Security tab, and click Internet Zone in the zone box. Click Medium or Low, then click OK. In Internet Explorer 5.X, Internet Options is found under the Tools menu.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view or print your tax return. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download
it for free. If you are unable to view or print your return, update or reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader. We have found that many printing problems can be solved by updating or reinstalling Acrobat Reader.
