What are the Real Property Tax Exemptions for 100% Disabled Veterans and Blind Persons?

There is a complete exemption from real property taxes on the dwelling house owned by disabled veterans with a 100% service connected permanent disability or by their surviving spouses.

The state also allows an exemption on the first $15,000 of valuation on the dwelling house owned by legally blind persons.
