I can't find the other state I paid income tax to. Why isn't it listed?
If the state isn't listed, then Ohio doesn't allow a credit for taxes paid to that state. For example, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania don't tax wages, salaries, tips, or commissions of Ohio residents, so income from those states isn't eligible for the credit.
