What if I forget my username?
Select the Account menu and click on Forgot User Name. You need to enter your Social Security number and the email address you entered when you set up your account. If answered correctly, an email with your username will be sent to the email address you entered when you set up your account. If your email address is no longer valid, you need to create a new account to complete your tax return or contact customer support.

How do I choose a username?
Just type in any username you would like to use. We suggest you use your email address as your username, but you can use any username. Please memorize your username or keep it written in a safe place.
