What are estimated tax payments? What do I enter on this screen?
Do NOT enter any amount of your 2012 Indiana Income Tax withheld by your employer(s) as shown on any wage or tax statements.
Estimated Payments: If you did not have enough Indiana income taxes withheld from your earnings during 2012, you may have made estimated tax payments. These payments count as a credit toward your 2012 Indiana tax liability.
Extension Payment: If you filed for an extension to submit your income tax return, you may have made a tax payment with that extension. This payment counts as a credit toward your 2011 Indiana tax liability.
