Am I eligible for the New York Real Property Tax Credit?
Very few people qualify for this credit. If you are a homeowner, the current market value of your home must be less than $85,000. If you are a renter, your average monthly rent must be less than $450 per month. Even if you meet those requirements, there are several other requirements that you must meet.
