If your filing status is Single or Head of Household, Married Filing Separately, or Qualifying Widow(er), and your tax is $1 or more, you may choose to have $1 go to this fund by answering Yes on the screen. If your filing status is Married Filing Jointly, and your tax is $2 or more, each of you may choose to have $1 go to this fund by answering Yes on the screen.
