What is the Alternative Fuel Refueling Facility Credit Carryforward?

If you took a credit for constructing, reconstructing, or acquiring an alternative fuel refueling facility that is directly attributable to the storage, compression, charging, or dispensing of alternative fuels to motor vehicles, you can claim any carryforward of that credit.
