Print your completed tax return(s) for free! If you prepared a 2007, 2008, 2009, or 2010 tax return using FreeTaxUSA and want to print a copy of your return(s). Follow these easy steps:

• Step 1) Sign In to Your Account
• Step 2) Click on the Account Tab
• Step 3) Select 'Print Prior Year Return' from the drop down menu
• Step 4) Select a year and version to print and click 'Done'

Request Past Tax Returns from the IRS

If you didn't use FreeTaxUSA to file your return or you are unable to sign in to your account, you can still request your tax return information from the IRS. Follow these instructions to receive a transcript or copy of your tax return.

To request an IRS transcript of your tax return you will need to use Form 4506T. This form is for those that filed a tax return in the 1040 series (Form 1040, Form 1040A, or Form 1040EZ). It includes items from your tax return as it was originally filed. IRS transcripts will meet lending or immigration requirements.

To make a request you can call the IRS directly at 1-800-829-1040. You may also download, print, and mail Form 4506T. Click to download Form 4506T. Instructions and mailing addresses are included on the form.

If you'd like to have a record of any changes made to your original tax return by the IRS or through subsequent amendments you will need to request a Tax Account Transcript. You will need to call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to request a Tax Account Transcript.
